IDTSL 20th AGM on 24th June

IDTSL Annual General Meeting is held on  last Saturday of June at 9.00 am every year. accordingly

2023 AGM will be held at Hotel Grand Areana on June 24th Saturday. invitation letters are already sent to all members.

Participation of all active members are essential this year. some letters are not delivered due to postal issues.

all members are cordially invited to the AGM.

20^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTE OF DRAFTING TECNOLOGISTS – SRI LANKA

The 20^th Annual general meeting of the Institute of Drafting Technologists – Sri Lanka will be held on Saturday 24^th June 2023 in the “GRAND AREANA” Auditorium at No.80, Awissawella road, Weliwita, Kaduwela. from 08.30 hrs. to 13.00 hrs.

The Main Activities will be:

1. New NVQ Drafting Technology Revision.
2. Green Architecture for Category ‘C’ buildings.
3. Issuing of NVQ certificate.
4. Reading of Annual report.
5. Discussion of matters pertaining to members.
6. Any other business.

Your participation is compulsory and all facilitate will be provided by the institute for the members.

No members will be permitted to be Absent.

Please note facility expenses of absent members will be added to the membership fee.

 

Dress

– Ladies    Saree and blouse or decent frock

– Gents    Trouser, shirt and tie

 

It is a tradition to ware an Institute tie which can be obtained from the counter on the day.
